7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange

✔ Product received damaged or broken
✔ Product not working / manufacturing defect
✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Missing parts or incomplete product

If any of the above issues occur, we will provide:

  • Free Exchange, OR

  • Full Refund

Conditions for Return

To process your return or exchange smoothly, please ensure:

  • Product is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • You share unboxing video/pictures clearly showing the issue.

  • Item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Not Eligible for Return

✘ Product damaged due to misuse
✘ Without unboxing video (in case of damage claims)

Refund Time

Once your return is approved:
